Yes. We obtain the permits and prepare the paperwork the job needs, and book the inspections along the way.
Do you take on commercial and industrial projects?
Yes. We take on commercial, residential and light-industrial projects, including mass timber construction and the full renovation of a six-storey care facility wing in Langley.
Do you do demolition?
Yes. Demolition and cleanup are part of our renovation and general contracting work, from one room to a whole wing.
Do you use your own crew or subcontractors?
Both. OES uses its own people and brings in trusted contractors as each job needs, and manages all of them, so you have one point of contact.
